1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the website or submitting the waitlist form, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If you do not agree, do not use the website or join the waitlist.

If you use the website on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.

2. Current status of Platho

Platho is a pre-launch software project. The public website currently provides product information, demonstration videos, a contact or waitlist form, and limited website interactions. It does not provide access to the unreleased product, accept codebase uploads, connect to repositories, or provide a production software service.

Descriptions of planned features, performance, compatibility, release dates, security controls, pricing, or availability are statements of present intention only. They may change and are not guarantees or binding commitments.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist records your interest in Platho. It does not create a right to receive an invitation, beta access, a particular waitlist position, a specific feature, free access, or access by any date.

We may choose whom to invite, in what order, and under what conditions. We may verify, reject, remove, pause, close, or restart waitlist entries at any time, including to address duplicate entries, abuse, capacity limits, legal concerns, or security risks.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. The waitlist is not directed to children or minors. Do not submit another person's email address without permission.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping access to the email account you use.

5. Email communications

When you join the waitlist, you request emails that are directly connected with that request, including signup confirmation, waitlist status, invitations, access information, and closely related Platho launch updates. You may unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us.

We may still send messages needed to respond to your request, confirm an unsubscribe or deletion request, address security or misuse, or provide a legally required notice. We do not treat a waitlist signup as permission to send third-party advertising.

Email scope. Joining the waitlist requests Platho waitlist and launch communications only. It does not authorize third-party advertising or unrelated promotional email.

6. Demonstrations and product information

Demo videos, examples, measurements, comparisons, outputs, and interface previews are illustrative. They may show a prototype, controlled conditions, edited sequences, incomplete safeguards, or features that are changed or never released. Results may vary by codebase, environment, browser, framework, dependencies, permissions, and other factors.

You must not rely on a demo as a warranty, professional recommendation, security assessment, compatibility promise, or representation that any future output will be identical to the example.

7. Lawful use and third-party rights

Platho is intended for lawful development work. Nothing on the website authorizes anyone to copy, reproduce, extract, adapt, or use third-party code, interfaces, designs, text, media, databases, trade secrets, or confidential information without the necessary rights or permission.

If a future version of Platho allows users to process a codebase or reference material, each user will be responsible for confirming that they own the material or have the legal authority to use it. Future product terms may add verification, usage restrictions, takedown procedures, and other safeguards.

8. Acceptable use and security

You may not:

If you believe you found a security issue, report it privately to plathoshare@gmail.com. Do not exploit the issue, access data that is not yours, retain unnecessary data, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

9. Information you submit

Do not submit source code, repository credentials, API keys, passwords, personal data about other people, confidential client information, regulated data, or trade secrets through the waitlist or contact form. The form is only for basic contact details, role information, and a high-level description of your interest in Platho.

You confirm that you have the right to provide any information you submit and that doing so does not breach a duty to another person or organization.

10. Our intellectual property

The website, demo videos, graphics, text, visual design, software used to operate the site, and Platho branding are owned by the Operators or used with permission. They are protected by intellectual-property and other laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the public website for personal or internal evaluation. This right does not permit resale, republication, commercial exploitation, removal of notices, creation of misleading derivative materials, or use of our content to train or benchmark a competing system without written permission.

References to third-party products, websites, codebases, interfaces, or trademarks belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

11. Feedback

If you voluntarily send feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you permit us to use them without restriction or payment. This does not transfer ownership of confidential material or intellectual property that you clearly identify and that we have separately agreed in writing to receive as confidential.

12. Third-party providers and links

We currently use Vercel to host and deliver the website, Supabase to store waitlist and limited interaction data, and Resend to send email. These providers operate their own infrastructure and may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and their applicable terms.

The website may link to third-party sites. We do not control their content, security, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the third party.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms for purposes of explaining our data practices. It is not a waiver of any privacy right that cannot legally be waived.

14. Disclaimers

The website, waitlist, demos, and related content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not promise that the product will launch, that the waitlist will remain open, that a demo is complete or error-free, or that the website will always be secure or available. Nothing on the website is legal, financial, security, or other professional advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operators and their contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, business, or data, arising from or related to the website, waitlist, demos, or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the combined total liability of the Operators for all claims relating to the public website and waitlist will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us for the public website and waitlist during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits limitation.

16. Changes, suspension, and a future company

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the public website or waitlist. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the effective date. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide additional notice where required.

If a company or other legal entity is formed to continue the Platho project, the Operators may transfer the website, waitlist, related contracts, and associated rights and obligations to that entity. We will update the legal pages and provide notice where required. Until that transfer occurs, the Operators remain the contracting parties.

17. Disputes and applicable law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally and in good faith.

Because Platho has not yet been incorporated and the Operators have not selected a permanent business jurisdiction, these Terms do not designate Delaware, California, or any other exclusive governing law or forum. Applicable law and forum will be determined under the rules that otherwise apply to the Operators, the user, and the dispute.

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections or legal rights available in your country or state of residence.
